Could be the two eldest children of Thomas Hoyle and Priscilla STRINGER which would date this photo late early 1860s STRINGER Ann Forman b 29 March 1856 STRINGER Thomas b 11 Sept 1859 Good likeness to adult reference photos on this site but would need additional cross references to be sure.
