Full length studio portrait of Miss Jane Greenwood. She stands holding her hands in front of her. Her gaze does not meet the camera. Distinguishing features include the embroidered stripes down the front of her bodice. Studio props include a chair, small round table, and carpet. The backdrop is a painted mural of a decorative wall with a large open window. An outdoor scene including a balcony, baluster, trees, body of water, hills and sky are depicted through the window. Exposed studio wall is visible beyond the backdrop. The markings '51' and cursive script are in mirror writing.
