Black and white environmental photograph. The image is a scene of two woodsmen standing in the bush in the process of felling a tree. In the foreground are grasses and ferns. In the middle-ground the two men stand holding axes in front of and either side of a tree trunk. The tree trunk has a large wedge cut out of it. There are other trees, bushes and vines extending in to the background.
At the bottom of the photograph is "DOOMED" A BUSH SCENE.
