Description
Black tin magic lantern with gilt trim at the top, sitting on black wooden stand with wood-turned feet. Includes slides in 3 boxes. Makers plaque at the front reads 'Gesetzlich Geschutzt 720' which means Copyright and 720 is the model number. Lantern would have included a brass chimney on top and an oil lamp inside. Written on base 'J. Rankin'.
