Description
Watercolour painting on rectangular sheet of brown paper, with a brown window mount, and backing. The painting is a botanical illustration of part of a shrub with flowers. One green stem is depicted at the top of the composition, branching downwards with opposite and alternate leaves on long petioles. The leaf blades are spear-shaped with serrated margins. There are small yellow prickles along some petioles and stems. A cluster of flowers have long pedicels with five free white petals and multiple yellow stamens. There are leaves depicted in a wash of blues.

The painting is marked "NiNA. JONES", “Rubus” and “NO[V]”
