Skirt, Child's

Description
A child's skirt made fro green cotton with a print around the hem and waistband. The print on the waistband is two parallel strands of rope. The print at the hem is of kittens playing on coils of rope. The skirt is gathered at the waistband. It has a side placket, button, button loop, and a dome fastening on the waistband opening. It is home made- mixture of machine and hand sewing.
