Certificate of Service with NZEF for : Gunner/Driver Percy Lator NISBETT. NZEF Service # 11/2268; Gunner/Driver, New Zealand Field Artillery, 1st Battery, 9th Reinforcements, NZEF. Born 1886 -at Belgrove, Nelson. Son of G. Nisbett of Spring Grove, Nelson. Husband of Mrs E.M. Nisbett - of Limestone, Awatere, Marlborough. Percy Nisbett enlisted for war service on 13 January 1916 at Trentham. He was 30 years of age. Gunner/Driver Percy Nisbett served at Egypt (1916) and France & Belgium 1916; 1917 & 1918. Gunner/Driver Nisbett survived war service and returned to New Zealand aboard SS 'Kigoma' - embarking from Plymouth, England on 20 November 1919.
