Description
Part of a stoneware dinner service known as 'Coral Border' manufactured by Thomas Dimmock and Co., Stoke-on-Trent, England, between 1828 and 1842. Cream glaze with green transfer design consisting of a stylized pattern of branching coral with small blossoms. It is thought that there were two indentical sets, one belonged to the Rev. Charles Saxton and the second to John Waring Saxton.
