Mixed-media, watercolour and ink on rectangular sheet of paper. The drawing is a birds eye view plan of the Salmon Ponds, Nelson for the piece of land on which the Provincial Buildings were to stand bounded by Bridge, Hardy, Collingwood and Tasman Streets.
