Newspaper clipping, in an envelope, captioned "Presentation To Former District Nurse". Undated but in the 1961 New Year's Honours list, announced 31 December 1960 in New Zealand, Catherine Ovens was awarded an M.B.E. Envelope dated 14 May 1964.
